2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Delivery time depends on your location and the availability of the product.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
    • Other Locations: 5–10 business days
  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders or orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee may apply, which will be displayed during checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier partner details via email/SMS.
  • You can track your shipment on our website or directly through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • In rare cases of lost or misplaced parcels, we’ll either issue a replacement or a full refund after investigation.

  • Teuratoid will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

8. Damaged Packages

  • If your package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
